Those of you who prefer to walk the entire route, would be best to factor in around an hour and a half. Taking the Natrun chair lift will cut your walking time by around half. Toboggans are available to hire on site – for just a few Euros.
Gasthof Kronreith toboggan run: This floodlit, natural toboggan run, some two kilometres in length, is indeed shorter, but no less fun. You can drive in your car to Gasthof Kronreith, or take the toboggan taxi. It takes around an hour to walk to the natural toboggan run. Toboggans can be hired at Gasthof Kronreith too, for a small fee.
